“I called Electric City due to a lightning storm damage. My technical background enabled me to inform the owner of the type of service support i needed, some other of which they don’t provide (WiFi/network/internet, and automatic gate) but they contacted the service companies that do and the service companies contacted me directly. I needed this type of support asap as I had numerous unresolved issues due to the lightning damages. Both the owner and his son worked the office and field to help me get back up and running much quicker than i could have on my own, as the additional companies were very capable.”
